About us
Mirox
Our company was established in 1994 as a manufacturer and wholesaler. It is a family business, so it will be run by the three owners, by father and his two sons. Initially, five people were employed, but now the number of workers has reached 60 people. By 2006 the premises in Eger bacame too small due to the rapidly growing stock and the growing number of employees, so the company demanded modernized and bigger premises. From 2007 Mirox’s new building and machinery are located not far from Eger (120 km from Budapest), near the village of Maklár, which is easy to reach by transport. In the 3300 m2 big building there are 4 warehouses, a modern logistics centre, offices, social rooms suiting the highest requirements and a modern, fully furnished showroom. An own developed software, on-line ordering options for our customers, a broad contact network, trained staff, and a family atmosphere improve our everyday work. In the autumn of 2009 our Mirox outlet store was opened, where end users have the oppurtinity to buy directly from us various fabrics in high-quality.
Our product range has been expanded continuously and at the moment we have the following general product groups: curtains, decor fabrics, cornices, trimmings and curtaining accessories. We expand our product range continuously, year by year. In 2002 we began producing non-series cornices as well which are indispensable to curtains, we have a curtain workshop in our building. We recognised the importance of being a reliable supplier who can provide the partners with all the necessary goods, that is why our partners can sell our non-series cornices as well. Near plastic-, wood-, and curtain rods and aluminium and profile cornice systems we began to deal with motorised curtain tracks in the past 4 years as well, and they have a growing importance in the market.
Our product range is wide and varied. Our goal is to fulfill all qualitative and quantitative needs. It is important for us that both customers with average earnings and luxury-seekers can find by us the right product, and we provide a service for them in the same high quality. Our partners can choose from thousands of fabrics, their colour, material, processing, and style are varied and diverse. As being a family business, we lay stress on personal acquaintances, and on developing friendly relations. One of the most interesting and most visible part of our customer relationship is the regulary customer meeting, we hold these meetings in Mirox’s building and showroom several times a year. During these events we present our new products to the public. On these occasions, we swap information with each other about domestic and foreign markets. One of the interesting events during the meetings is the presentation ofe one or more representetive/s of our suppliers, with these presentations we raise the professional standards. We can help the visitors during the meetings with technical advices about installations of cornices in our cornice factory and in our sewing rooms we can help them with cutting and sewing tips. Several times a year we inform our customers about our current promotions, changes and novelties in a form of a traditional and electronic newsletter.
Mirox is perhaps the most dynamically developing company in Central and Eastern Europe in the industry. We buy the items in our product range from more than 20 suppliers. We managed to have good relationships with both manufacturing and transport companies, due to that our stock is continuous. We gathered partners’ satisfaction through a smooth and speedy service, which is possible through sales persons and parcel services in Hungary and in the neighbouring counties. Our company’s export capacity is steadily growing, as besides Hungary we provide service now is more than 25 countries. Contact and administration with our foreign partners happen through administrators with excellent language skills.
